Our Returns Policy
At Crypto Mining Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-registered company, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. Below is a clear summary of our returns and warranty policy.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise this right:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to notify us of your wish to return
- Return the item in its original packaging, in the same condition as received
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change-of-mind returns
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your crypto mining machine arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Here is what to do:
Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund for any machine that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Contact us and we will arrange collection at our expense and process your refund promptly.
After 30 days but within 6 months: We will offer a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you are entitled to a full refund. We cover the cost of return shipping for faulty goods.
After 6 months: You will need to demonstrate that the fault was present at the time of delivery. If this is shown, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate.
Manufacturer Warranty
All new crypto mining machines come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which typically covers hardware defects for 6-12 months from the date of purchase (varies by manufacturer and model). The specific warranty period is listed on each product page. Warranty claims are handled through us, so you deal with one point of contact rather than navigating overseas manufacturer support.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under our returns policy or manufacturer warranty:
- Damage caused by incorrect power supply, voltage surges, or improper electrical connections
- Physical damage caused by drops, water exposure, or mishandling after delivery
- Unauthorised modifications, firmware changes, or opening of sealed components
- Changes in cryptocurrency prices or mining profitability (these are market risks, not product faults)
- Normal wear and tear, including fan degradation over extended use
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report a fault, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We aim to respond within one business day and will guide you through the process.
