UK Delivery
All crypto mining machines include free insured delivery to UK mainland addresses. We use trusted courier services to ensure your mining hardware arrives safely and on time.
Standard UK Delivery: Free on all orders. Dispatched within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch via insured, tracked courier.
Dispatch Times
In-stock machines are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being confirmed. Every machine undergoes a full diagnostic test, hashrate verification, and quality check before it is packed and shipped. This testing process is why we allow up to 2 business days for dispatch rather than shipping untested machines the same day.
Pre-order items or machines that require custom configuration may take longer. We will provide an estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase for any items that are not immediately available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Delivery
We primarily serve UK customers. If you are located in Europe or elsewhere and would like to order, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging & Insurance
ASIC miners and GPU rigs are heavy, sensitive electronic equipment. We take packaging seriously. Every machine is securely packed using anti-static materials, foam padding, and reinforced boxes designed to protect against transit damage. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage during transit at no extra cost to you.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, make a note of it with the courier driver before signing. Take photographs of any damage. If you discover damage to the machine itself after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
